BUYER CANCELLATION

We understand that online shopping — especially from mobile devices — can sometimes lead to accidental purchases or quick changes of mind. If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel after purchasing, please contact us within 24 hours using one of the contact methods provided at the bottom of this page. After this period, your order may already be in production or shipping preparation, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons:

  • Item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design).

Ineligible Reasons:

  • You changed your mind after 24 hours.

  • You selected the wrong size (each product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose correctly).

  • Any issues caused by customer error or misuse.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

  • Provide clear, detailed photos showing the defect or issue.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for our team to review your request.

  • Check your email for our response and proposed resolution.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If your request is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Return & Refund:
    Once confirmed, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. In rare cases, this process may take up to 15 days. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement:
    We’ll gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost. The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value than the original product purchased.
